Erin is so sweet, easy to talk to. I explained what I wanted and she listened and knew what I was talking about. She answered my questions about what and why she was doing a certain technique. She explained how to better dry my hair and get the most volume out of it and even suggested styling tools. She was efficient and very well-trained. A very enjoyable first time with Erin.
