The Lazy Wave with Fringe

Welcome back to the blog! We're going to be sharing easy hairstyles that you can do at home, the products we love, and more! For today's post, we're sharing how to do "the lazy wave" with fringe! Though it may seem intimidating to style your hair when you have fringe, we've broken it down into seven easy steps that any girl can do.
Tools Needed 01. Blow Dryer
03. Comb
04. Curling Iron 1” or 1.25”
05. Davines This Is An Invisible No Gas Spray
06. Davines This Is A Dry Texturizer
Step One: Starting with freshly washed hair, spray Davines Blow Dry Primer down the hair shaft, roots through the mids, and then all throughout the hair. Take a comb and comb through the lengths of the hair to evenly distribute the product.
Step Two: Blow dry hair.

Step Three: Once your hair is all dry, use a 1” or 1.25” curling iron and begin at the section just behind the bangs. Insert your curling iron midway through the hair, with the clamp facing forwards, roll curling iron up, hold for 3 seconds, leg go of the spring and pull down, leaving an inch of hair out at the bottom, roll the curling iron back up towards the scalp, hold for 6-8 seconds, use your finger to hold the hair at the root, and then untwist the curling iron, and pull the iron downward.
Step Four: Begin at the section behind the section you just styled. Insert your curling iron midway through the hair, with the clamp facing backwards, roll the curling iron up, hold for 3 seconds, let go of the spring and pull down, with an inch of hair out at the bottom, roll curling iron back up towards the scalp, hold for 6-8 seconds, use your finger to hold the hair at the root, and then untwist the curling iron, pulling downwards.

Step Five: Alternate directions - curl the first section away from the face (step three), then curl the second section towards your face (step four). Repeat all throughout your hair. See the video below for a demonstration.
Step Six: For fringe, use your curling iron and lightly bend the hair away from the face. Check it out in the video below!
Step Seven: Spray the Davines Dry Texturizing Spray throughout your hair and then use your fingers to comb out the curls.

Kylee’s Tips
Tip #1: If you have thick hair, consider clipping the top section of your hair up while styling the bottom. When the bottom section is done, style the top.
Tip #2: For more hold, spray the Davines Invisible No Gas Spray on each section before styling. This product will help your hair hold its style without leaving any residue.
Tip #3: For more volume, flip your hair over and spray with texturizing spray.
We hope you enjoy your new do'!
